Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of your return approval

📦 We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Want a different size or style?

We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you don’t miss out — our drops move fast.

• Sale items (including limited-time discounts)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Stickers, gift cards, and underwear.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• You’ll get an email when your refund is issued.

• A photo of the item
• A short description of the issue
