2. Manual Verification & Instagram Data

To maintain the integrity of our community, RLTZ uses a manual verification process:

Instagram Review: We use the Instagram handle provided at checkout to review your profile via our authorized account (@RLTZburner).
Data Use: This review is strictly for order approval purposes. We do not scrape, sell, or store content from your private social media profiles.
Third-Party Platforms: Your use of Instagram is governed by Instagram’s own Privacy Policy.

3. Payment Authorization vs. Capture

To protect both the customer and the brand:

Authorization: When you place an order, we place a temporary “authorization hold” on your funds. This is not a charge.
Capture: Funds are only “Captured” (fully charged) once your account has passed our manual verification.
Cancellation: If your order is denied, the authorization hold is released immediately. RLTZ does not retain funds from unverified or cancelled orders.
